Mission Statement

Service-Hearted and Service Minded
“God has shown us that there are rewards for giving to the woman of God. We want to take care of her, we love her and embrace her vision to make us better fit for God’s ministry.”

Our Goal

Is to provide the support needed to the Pastor and her family, whether it be in the form of prayer, encouragement through words, or other actions that show our love and gratitude to the pastoral family.

The ministry also assists the church in caring for the pastor’s belongings, anticipating the pastor’s needs and demands so as to properly furnish and supply what is needed to celebrating Pastor’s anniversary, birthday and other events. Our duty of Pastor’s Aide is to serve. In order to be a servant, you must first have it in your heart that you are truly ready to serve. This means giving service to God through the Woman of God, respecting her and complying with the commands and demands that God has given her as our Pastor.

As Pastor’s Aide, we must look at the office that our Pastor occupies for God and not view her as just another woman…Every Pastor’s aide member is responsible for understanding that the ultimate goal is to be a blessing to the Blessing that God has given us.  The members of this ministry will maintain a persona that is acceptable to our Pastor, our Congregation, but above all others, to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
